Outreach
Outreach is programs and classes for those who want to learn more about Judaism, whether you were born Jewish, are an interfaith family, are considering Judaism, have chosen Judaism, or are raising Jewish children. Outreach programs are designed to enable anyone to engage and participate in Jewish ritual, practice, education, worship, and Jewish life, for the first time, after a long absence, or with more meaning and relevance than ever before.
Outreach includes introductory classes, such as Taste of Judaism, Taste II: Jewish in America, Basic Judaism, Jewish Home and Family and Hebrew Marathon. Outreach programs also include introductions to worship experiences, such as Simply Shabbat, and fun, easy ways to connect young families to Judaism, such as the Babies and Bagels Club. Additonally, Outreach includes bringing Judaism to the community - providing Shabbat services and celebrations to the underserved Jewish population in Northwest Tucson, and participating in many Jewish community events and programs.
